  • Calgary

    Live - The vibrant city of Calgary has a population of 1.2 million. Calgary is the largest city in Alberta and the forth largest in Canada.

    Work - Husky’s headquarters are in downtown Calgary, with approximately 2,000 employees in the corporate office.

    Play - Calgary is a short, scenic drive from the magnificent Rocky Mountains. The city has a number of world-class attractions and its downtown core is the location of great shopping and dining options, arts, culture and music.

  • Lloydminster

    Live - Lloydminster, with a population of approximately 32,000, is Canada’s border city, straddling the provincial border between Alberta and Saskatchewan.

    Work - Husky is a significant employer in the area, with more than 1,200 employees in both Upstream and Downstream operations. We have a heavy oil upgrader, a co-generation power plant, an ethanol plant, an asphalt refinery, a logistics centre, pipelines, and heavy oil operations.

    Play - Lloydminster combines the pace of a rural lifestyle with the convenience of urban amenities. You can enjoy family-focused amenities along with cultural and recreational opportunities.

  • Rainbow Lake

    Live - Rainbow Lake is a town located in northwest Alberta west of High Level. The community has a small-town feel and is named for the nearby lake.

    Work - Husky owns and operates the Rainbow Lake Gas Processing Plant. A co-generation facility at the plant is 50 percent Husky-owned and produces thermal energy for the facility and electricity for sale into the Alberta grid.

    Play - Rainbow Lake hosts many annual events and offers activities including golf, skiing, snowmobiling, hockey, curling, tennis, basketball, and beach volleyball courts.

  • Sunrise Oil Sands

    Live - Our Sunrise Energy Project is located 60 kilometers northeast of Fort McMurray, Alberta. Employees live on-site in private, hotel-style camp accommodations, with the option to fly in site from Calgary or Edmonton.

    Work - Sunrise is a thermal facility with a world-class reservoir. Achieving first oil in 2015.

    Play - Freshly prepared meals are offered in a contemporary dining area. On-site recreation includes a full-size gym with a running track, basketball court, weight room, a hockey rink and group activities such as pool, foosball and ping pong.
