Husky is currently looking for a  Trades 2, E & Ifor ThermalRaw Water Facilities in the Lloydminster Area.   This role requires a highlyprofessional This role requires a highly professional and personableindividual who demonstrates strong business judgment, clear and concisecommunication, organizational skills, and who enjoys working in a busyenvironment with significant growth opportunities. This individual mustinteract with all stakeholders and foster a “One Team, One Goal” concept.Safety, reliability and efficiencies are predominant areas of focus.

Reportingto the Thermal Maintenance Foreman, the E&I Lead is assigned to an areathat consists of one or more thermal facilities. The E&I Lead providesleadership and supervision to the relevant contractors in their area, andoversees (and often executes) all maintenance activities within theirdiscipline. The E&I Lead ensures adherence to safe working practices andprocedures, and is the subject matter expert within the electrical andinstrumentation disciplines.

Specificresponsibilities will include:

·Troubleshootand execute maintenance activities in the E&I disciplines

·Supervise,observe, train and audit the work of technicians responsible for performingE&I maintenance tasks

·Providesubject matter expertise for MOCs, EWRs, and district initiatives

·Workwith the site’s Planner to perform upfront scoping and task list creation formaintenance activities

·Workwith the site’s Scheduler to determine capacity of resources and required timeallotments for maintenance activities

·Performother duties as directed by supervisor


Our ideal candidatewill have the following qualifications:

·Ajourneyman trade certificate, Inter-provincial certification, EngineeringDegree or Technologist Diploma is required.

·Minimumof 3 years’ experience as in a Maintenance role.

·Minimumof 3 years’ supervisory experience.

·Minimumof 5 years' experience with maintenance philosophies, standards, strategies,practices, and processes within the energy industry Working knowledge andexperience with reliability and operational integrity

·Minimumof 5 years of working knowledge of applicable energy industry Codes, Standards,Regulations, and Acts; design and construction practices; pressure and rotatingequipment; electrical; instrumentation and controls; and operating processprinciples

·Class5 Drivers License

·Experienceworking in a thermal oil facility

·Knowledgeand experience with safe work practices in oil and gas production accompaniedby a superior safety attitude

·Strongunderstanding of operational integrity, reliability and safety processes andprocedures.

·Workingknowledge of MOC process

·Goodworking knowledge and experience with a Computer Centralized Maintenance System(CCMS), e.g. SAP PM, Maximo

·Goodworking knowledge and experience with a Centralized Maintenance SchedulingSystem, e.g. GWOS, Primavera

·Strongunderstanding of operational integrity, reliability and safety processes andprocedures.

·Experiencewith contractor management

Asthis position has been identified as safety sensitive, employment of a finalcandidate selected for this position will be conditional upon successfulcompletion of required pre-employment medical and alcohol/drug assessments.

Asthis position requires the operation of a motor vehicle, applicants are askedto provide a recent (i.e., issued within the previous 4 weeks) originaldriver’s abstract for the preceding 3 year period when appearing for aninterview.
